I have been using Mx One for quite some time to protect my pendrive from various kind of malicious attempts. Mx One is like any other antivirus systems, it is not foolproof from viruses that keep evolving to bypass the protection.
There is, however, a solution that can keep virtually every attempt made by viruses futile; write - protecting our pendrive. Not like a good old 1.44 MB diskette that can be write-protected mechanically by using a small latch at the bottom of it, only few pendrive that has the same feature like the old floppy diskette.
The solution now lies on USB WriteProtector, a small portable software that allows us to write-protect our pendrive. This will effectively prevent any attempt by viruses to create new files on the drive unless it is set to unprotected.
Even if you plug your pendrive into an infected computer, the pen drive will remain safe because virus will not be able to write itself onto the pendrive. So no more autorun.inf hassles. Don't worry about the language, you can change the language from the selection once you run USB WriteProtector.
