American Humanist Association Holiday Campaign Against God

The American Humanist Association has chosen the holiday season to launch ads across newspapers, buses and billboards asking people why they believe in god. The words "Why believe in a god? Just be good for goodness' sake" are already appearing in the New York Times and the Washington Post and are about to be installed on the inside and out of buses in the metro Washington DC area. Members of the group claim this is not a war on Christmas but an attempt to raise awareness about humanism. The ads direct you to the group's website http://www.whybelieveinagod.org/ where you can also see larger high resolution pictures of the ads about to hit the streets of the nation's capital. This newest campaign is an extension of one the group already started on billboards outside of many major cities, like New York City and Philadelphia that said, "Don't believe in God? You are not alone."
